Met verloop van tyd het senuweeagtigheid verander na prestasie-angs, veral in ho\u00ebdruk situasies soos om sperdatums na te kom of aanbiedings te gee. Op die hoogtepunt van my loopbaan het ek ontelbare ekstra ure ingesit om elke detail net reg te kry. &#039;n Paar jaar gelede het dit &#039;n tol op my geestesgesondheid begin eis. Daar was nog soveel dinge wat ek wou bereik, maar prestasie-angs het my teruggehou. Ek het soos &#039;n mislukking gevoel.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Monika<\/strong>: Veronica se geval was kompleks, soos dit dikwels is met individue wat met ADHD leef. ADHD be\u00efnvloed nie net jou aandagspan nie, maar maak dit ook meer uitdagend om jou emosies te beheer. Ek wou vir haar &#039;n veilige ruimte skep om haar stryd openlik te verken. Sy het besef dat die ou idees wat sy as kind aangeneem het, haar nie meer gedien het nie, en dat sy die mag het om dit uit te daag en te verander.
