No, Trilogy content is available on the official platform, along with monthly online Q&A webinars. The conference itself focuses on special themes, real client stories, and practical insights from experience.
Who are the speakers?
The speakers and the final conference schedule will be announced at a later date.
What does the Early Bird Pass include?
Full 5-day access, workshops, keynote sessions, gala dinner, premium materials, and a certificate.
Do I have to book at Danubius Hotel Helia?
No, you can book anywhere that suits you. Helia is conveniently located and easily accessible via Metro 3.
What kind of food is provided during the conference?
The ticket includes two coffee breaks (morning after the first presentation and afternoon before the last presentation) and lunch in the Helia dining room. Breakfast is included if you book your accommodation at Helia. Dinner is only provided on Monday evening during the Welcome Dinner.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded. Participants will receive the presentations and recut video files in their account on the conference website free of charge, usually within about 2 months after the event. All videos will be with 9 languages AI generated subtitels.
Will there be synchronized translation?
We’re sorry, but this year synchronized translation will not be available in any language.
What does “Free Senso or Rive” session mean?
You have the opportunity to test our S-enso or Rive software with our experts. You can register for a session in the Holistic Room during the conference period free of charge.
Will be there a tombola?
Yes, you will receive a coupon during registration, and on the last day one coupon may be chosen. You can win valuable devices, software, or accessories.
Is VAT included in the ticket price? When do I need to pay it?
Ticket prices are typically shown without VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied according to applicable regulations and is payable at the time of purchase during registration.
How much does the Early Bird Pass cost?
€499 (net), available until June 30, 2026, with limited spots.
Will device repair and check-ups be available during the conference?
Yes. We are pleased to offer free device check-ups and minor repairs during the conference. This service will be available from Monday to Thursday. Please note that major repairs are not included.
