1. Generell informasjon
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) extends to the events organized by QX WORLD Kft. (Registered Office: 1095 Budapest, Tinódi utca 1-3. Building A, 4th floor, Suite 93, Tax Number: 23957934-2-43, Company Registration Number: 01-09-296566; hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” and “Supplier”) and the related services, including end user purchase, ticket sales, participation, and online webinars. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) accepts the terms of this GTC.
2. End User Product Purchase
2.1. This section applies to sales contracts where the Consumer (hereinafter: “Buyer”) purchases products directly from the Supplier, not through a representative, but via individual contact. Such contact may take place by email. The Supplier’s e-mail address: [email protected].
2.2. Contact and Request for Offer
The Buyer is required to express their intent to purchase in advance by contacting the Supplier electronically. The Supplier will then issue a written offer including a detailed description of the product(s), price, payment and delivery terms, and information on the right of withdrawal.
2.3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the Buyer confirms the offer in writing and explicitly accepts the terms. The contract is established electronically and consists of the current General Terms and Conditions and the specific offer.
2.4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. The payment deadline is defined in the offer. Products will only be shipped after the full payment has been received.
2.5. Delivery and Fulfilment
The Supplier will deliver the product(s) to the address provided by the Buyer following confirmation of payment. The estimated delivery time will be communicated separately.
2.6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Directive 2011/83/EU (and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
2.7. Warranty and Guarantee
The Buyer is entitled to statutory warranty rights under the Civil Code. In addition, the Supplier may provide a manufacturer’s guarantee, the terms of which are outlined in a separate document.
2.8. Complaints and Legal Remedies
The Buyer may submit a complaint to the Supplier through the provided contact details. The Supplier is obliged to investigate the complaint in writing and respond within 15 days.

2.9. Data Protection
The Supplier handles the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable EU (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws. Details of the data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
2.10. Re-export Prohibition to Russia and Belarus
Products and technologies sold by QX WORLD are subject to European Union sanctions regulations, which prohibit the direct or indirect re-export of these items to Russia or Belarus. In compliance with Article 12g of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 and Article 8g of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006, the following provisions are incorporated into these General Terms and Conditions:
These provisions are intended to ensure compliance with EU sanctions and apply to all end-users located outside the EU unless a separate distribution agreement has been signed. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these obligations.
3. Ticket Purchase Process
3.1. Tickets can be purchased through the official website of the Service Provider.
3.2. The following information is mandatory during the purchase:
• Name
• Billing details
• Email address
• Phone number
3.3. The ticket price can be settled via bank transfer or online payment. Please notify us in advance if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
3.4. Upon receiving the ticket price, the Service Provider will confirm the purchase electronically and provide the document/information granting access to the event.
3.5. The Participant must provide accurate billing details during the ticket purchase process. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrectly provided data.
4. Specific Rules for Online Webinars
4.1. Tickets can be purchased through the official website of QX WORLD Kft.
4.2. Tickets for online webinars can be purchased no later than 1 hour before the start of the webinar. After this deadline, ticket purchases are not possible.
4.3. Webinar participants can access and review the webinar recording free of charge after the live session.
4.4. The live webinar material can be purchased after the session via the organizer’s website. Information on prices and purchase details is available on the website.
5. Ticket Prices and Refund Policy
5.1. Tickets for in-person attendance include the right to participate in the event, meals during the event (morning buffet, lunch, afternoon buffet), raffle prizes with valuable rewards, and discounted product purchases during the event. Ticket prices do not include travel or accommodation expenses.
5.2. Ticket prices are as listed at the time of purchase, and the Organizer reserves the right to modify prices unilaterally. However, changes do not affect tickets already purchased.
5.3. Ticket refunds are possible under the following conditions:
• For cancellations made at least 30 days before the event, the ticket price will be fully refunded, minus a 10% administration fee.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be provided.
5.4. Tickets are transferable; however, the Service Provider must be notified in advance.

6. Participation Terms
6.1. Participation in the event requires prior registration and ticket purchase.
6.2. Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior that aligns with the nature of the training during the event.
6.3. If a Participant’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or contrary to the nature of the training, the Service Provider reserves the right to exclude the individual from the current and future events with immediate effect. In such cases, no ticket refunds will be provided.
6.4. Excluded participants will not be entitled to access recordings of the event after exclusion.
6.5. Recording video footage during the event is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in exclusion from the event.
6.6. Photo and audio recordings will be made during the event. The organizer has the right to use these recordings for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes. By participating in the event, participants acknowledge and consent to being recorded and to the public use of such recordings by the organizer.
7. Cancellation and Modifications
7.1. Ticket cancellations or modifications can be initiated via email at [email protected].
7.2. The Service Provider will process cancellation and modification requests within 3 business days.
8. Data Management
8.1. The personal data provided during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the Service Provider’s website.
8.2. Data will only be shared with third parties if required by law.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the date or location of the event or cancel the event entirely in force majeure situations (e.g., pandemics, floods, natural disasters). Customers will be notified immediately in such cases.
9.2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages to participants’ personal belongings or for items left unattended.
9.3. Complaints related to ticket purchases can be submitted via email at [email protected].
9.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the GTC. Participants will be informed of any changes through the Service Provider’s website.
9.5. For matters not regulated in this GTC, the applicable Hungarian laws will prevail.
